56Menopause in men and women
Menopause is the slow decline in the level of testosterone in men. While by definition in women it is refers to the stopped production of testosterone.
So it is a very important hormone in both genders. Long before it was thought to be a female condition but with research it has been proven men can have this condition. This usually can set in between 40-45 years.

N.B
For the females, well it can set in as early as 26-55 years but according to my personal research and findings in the 20's set in was based on a number of reasons namely:-
- Poor diet e.g lack of the necessary supplements.
- Stress
- Individuals who start having their menses late e.g 20
- Breaking and cracking of finger nails
And other known reasons. The list is long. Well women need 50-80 testosterone level in the body to maintain and overcome the side effects of menopause. It is known to make you stay younger,no wrinkles e.t.c
So all in all testosterone is an important hormone for both genders.
